Brad Holmes

Hi, I’m Brad, Founder of Milden Developments.

I've always had a knack for building things. As a kid, I spent countless hours lost in the world of Lego, and later, helping Dad with DIY projects around the house. Those early experiences ignited a passion for construction that has only grown stronger over the years.

The loss of my father to cancer in 2016 was a turning point. I wanted to create something tangible and lasting as a tribute to him. After finishing my carpentry apprenticeship and earning my NZQF national certificate, I dove headfirst into the industry. I founded Minden Developments, fuelled by a desire to create exceptional spaces for people to call home.

There's an immense satisfaction in transforming a house into a home. I thrive on the challenge of bringing clients’ visions to life. I'm equally at home in the office, planning the project, as I am on-site, getting my hands dirty. I believe in a hands-on approach and building strong relationships with my clients.

I'm an outdoors enthusiast, so I appreciate the opportunity to create beautiful outdoor living spaces. When I'm not immersed in a build, you'll likely find me driving around exploring nature and spending quality time with my family.
